Why there is no cooling-off period
The service is performed the moment payment is approved. For digital content supplied immediately with your agreement, the 14-day cancellation right does not apply — and you confirm that agreement at checkout.
When you can still get a refund
If the service was not provided at all, was materially incomplete for a reason on our side, or the same wedding was charged twice, your payment is refunded.
A wedding being cancelled or postponed is not a reason on our side; in that case your page stays open and you can change the date freely.
How to ask
Email the address on the Contact page from the account that paid, naming the wedding and the payment date. We answer in writing within fifteen days.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the card used, started within fourteen days. How quickly it appears depends on your bank.
